Nizhal is a strictly 18+ platform and enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), published in accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Commitment

We maintain zero tolerance for CSAE/CSAM of any kind on our platform.

2. Age Restriction

Nizhal is 18+ only. Age is confirmed at registration, and accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended.

3. Prohibited Conduct

We prohibit CSAM in any form (including AI-generated content), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any related exploitation. Violations result in account termination and referral to law enforcement.

4. Prevention & Detection

We use age-gating, in-app and email reporting tools, prompt review of reports, and evidence preservation.

6. Response to CSAM

7. Legal Compliance
