Delete Your Account

“We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.” Account deletion requests are possible anytime.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to Profile — Open the Nizhal app and navigate to your Profile section.
  2. Tap Delete Account — Find and tap the “Delete Account” option in your profile settings.
  3. Confirm Your Request — Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and associated data will be removed.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your profile, account information, and personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
  • Chat history, calls, and any content you created within the app will be deleted.
  • Some information may be retained in backups or as required by law for a limited period before being fully erased.
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Nizhal again.
